SHIPPING POLICY

How does the shipping work?

All ThinSkinz orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground and tracked electronically. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking number in an email.

In Store Pickup?

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our office in Santa Ana, CA. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 10;00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday - Friday. Saturday or Sunday pick up available by appointment only.
Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally! We were so honored to have received such a high demand from global markets that we decided to extend our products and services to meet that demand. For large orders or corporate accounts, please email info@thinskinz.com and one of our team members will be sure to get back to you. 

What about  import duties and taxes?

When shipping internationally we will cover your import duties and taxes.  

How much do you charge for international shipping?

International orders outside of the U.S. very on shipping charges depending your country, province and/or state. The exact charge will appear during your checkout process.

How long does it take for orders to arrive? 

Depending on your location, we estimate domestic shipping to U.S. transit to be between 2-5 business days of placing your order. International shipments to locations outside of the U.S. can take between 2-3 weeks. Please note that these are estimates and rare instances can occur where delivery could occur in more or less time.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from Santa Ana, California – U.S.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@thinskinz.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@thinskiz.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
